■ Drew Maddux is a Nashville-based leader, coach, author, and communicator whose life’s work has centered on elevating people—on the court, in the classroom, and beyond. A former Associate Head of School and Head Basketball Coach at Christ Presbyterian Academy, Drew built one of the most successful programs in the state, finishing with 425 wins, an 82% winning percentage, multiple state championships, and more than 50 players advancing to the collegiate level. For over 17 years, he has partnered with Nike Basketball Camps to serve more than 30,000 athletes nationwide. A best-selling author of Elevated and Excavated, Drew later self-published two additional works, including a Psalm 23 Bible study co-written with his daughter Ava and GET2, a book centered on gratitude. His voice now reaches audiences through a nationally distributed podcast in partnership with Cumulus Radio, television broadcasts with SEC Network, ESPN, and Sinclair, and radio segments across the country. Drew lives in Nashville with his wife Tara and their family, remains deeply invested in his community, and still finds joy in the game—holding the record for eight basketball trick shots.
